This is a “Headline 2” Header

The “Headline 1” header is usually reserved for the Page Title and so for styling and consistency reasons, it is recommended to use the next available Headline sizes for subsequent headlines on the page. In some cases, a complete change of page topic for example, using the “Headline 1” size can be acceptable.

The thing to remember is that for presentation and organizational reasons, it is important to not over use the Headline 1, or any of the Headline sizes. Reasons for properly using the headline formats include maintaining a consistent and professional appearance, reader friendly presentation for the site visitors, and SEO (search engine optimization).
